Due to challenges experienced with the session proposal submission system, the Utah Transportation Conference Committee is providing a final extension to allow prospective presenters additional time to submit their proposals.
The new submission deadline is Tuesday, July 21, at 11:59 p.m. MDT.
If you were unable to complete your submission due to technical difficulties—or simply need a few additional days to finalize your proposal—we encourage you to take advantage of this extended deadline.
To ensure a smooth review process, follow the steps below:
The deadline for submitting session proposals has passed. Communication about the status of session proposals is expected by mid-August. Email the conference team with any questions.
Conference sessions are the backbone of our program—and we want to hear from you! If you have a topic, case study, or project worth sharing, submit a Session Proposal by July 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. MDT. To ensure a smooth review process, your proposal must include:
Session proposals are evaluated and communication about session selection is complete.
If you have not heard about your session proposal please email the team.
Communication about the status of session proposals is expected by mid-August.

Session Attendance Records
We are in the process of importing attendance records for the 2025 Transportation Conference into the UDOT Learning Portal. The records will be imported this week (January XX – XX, 2026) and will be finished by Friday. You will begin to receive notifications from the system as we import these records.
NOTE: If you did not already have a Learning Portal account, we created one for you based on your conference registration details. Please do not submit a request for a new Learning Portal account.
